Orders placed after Business Hours... Weekends or on Holidays will be dated the following business day.

HANDLING FEE - IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENT ?

WE DO NOT REQUIRE A MINIMUM ORDER.
HOWEVER, since our products are custom-printed ... to your selections
ORDERS TOTALING LESS THAN $12.50 ... will have a $4.00 handling fee added to the order.

ORDER TOTALS ABOVE $12.50 ... WILL NOT include a handling fee.
"So if your order total is under $12.50 ... just order one more item ... and save on the handling fee "

Alaska or Hawaii orders/shipments ... must be pre-quoted by our shipping dept
Shipping fees will be based on your selected items - size of boxing and the destination zip code.

WHAT IS AN ADDRESS CORRECTION FEE ?

The shipping address you provide while placing your order is submitted directly to UPS for delivery.

If any address correction is required ... after your order leaves our factory,
UPS will charge an additional - Address Correction Fee of $17.00 for Ground packages or $21.00 for Air packages.

By placing an order with us ... you agree to pay this charge, if any address correction is required
to deliver your package ... or if you change the shipping address after your package has been shipped.


To prevent this charge ... Please provide us a complete, accurate shipping address and zip code with your order.

CAN I PICKUP MY ORDER ?

Due to our commercial production schedule ... Walk-in sales transactions or local pickups are not available.

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER ?

Since most of our products are custom made to order,
Changes or Cancellations must be received prior to the manufacturing of the item.
Our manufacturing dept usually begins production within a few hours of receiving your order,
So if you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please call us immediately at



NOTE - Orders can not be modified or cancelled after your item has been manufactured
Therefore - emails are not recommended during business hours.

RETURN POLICY
Our goal is to exceed your expectations and we guarantee the quality of our products.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will do whatever is necessary to correct the problem.
Please contact us within 15 days of receipt.

All returnable items must include an {RMA} - { Returned Merchandise Authorization }

Items returned to us ... without an {RMA} ... will be refused.

Once the {RMA} has been obtained from our customer service dept,
Please pack the item/s carefully using the original packing material & mark the {RMA} number on the outside of the package.
Ship the package - Postage Prepaid to the address we provide with your {RMA}

Once the item/s is received & inspected at our facility, we will process your return, credit your credit card account & send you an email notification.

Refunds are as follows:
Invoice total minus * shipping charge.
* shipping charges are not refundable


Please note, Mirage Factory Outlet is not responsible for incorrectly packaged items that are returned to us.
We cannot provide a refund for items that are returned in poor or un-saleable condition.
